Working with MULTInet, the Client is no longer dependant on the Bank's working hours and location, because 24 hours a day from any place in the world, home, office or even the car the Client can reach the Bank with Distant user mode and perform necessary operations with the finances on his account. MULTInet is convenient for the Client, because starting to work with the system the Client can choose most appropriate language - Latvian, Russian or English.

Using MULTInet the Client has following possibilities:

• To perform transaction within the Bank and to other the Bank in Lats or foreign currency;
• To perform currency conversion according to the Bank's currency rates or other rate if previously agreed with the dealers of the Bank;
• To check the account status;
• To view the list of turnover of the account;
• To print the statement of account;
• To view the currency exchange rates;
• To apply for cash withdrawal;
• To send a the Letter to the employee of the Bank;
• To receive information via e-mail about changes in rates, services and other news.

What is required to become a user of MULTInet:

• To open the account in SMP Bank;
• To sign the agreement with SMP Bank for usage of MULTInet.
• Computer with Internet connection (Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 and higher or else Mozilla Firefox 3.x or Opera9.x and higher).

How safe is MULTInet system:

• In order to begin information exchange with SMP Bank, the Client has to enter his username, password and identification code which was provided by the Bank
• Due to encoding, the information exchange between the Bank and the Client is strictly confidential.
• For operations in MULTInet SMP Bank handles to the Client special code table (MNC) - plastic card, that serve as electronic signature and ensure full confidentiality of Client's information, login name and password (MNP) - PIN-envelope.
